Objective
To add (register) a public/private cloud account with RightScale so that you can manage those cloud resources in the Dashboard.
Prerequisites
Valid cloud account credentials and 'admin' role privileges on the RightScale account you wish to add the cloud to.

Add a Public Cloud
- Add Amazon Web Services (AWS) to a RightScale Account
- Add Google Compute Engine (GCE) to a RightScale Account
- Add Azure Resource Manager subscription using custom Active Directory Application
- Add Azure Resource Manager subscription using RightScale Service Principal
